Initial Model
This was the initial model created by the team:
In June, Karen after a brief hiatus contacted Chillibreeze again requiring some development to the existing model. She described revisions and attached a rough sketch to illustrate these descriptions.
Workroom:
- Move saw horse so that it is at a angle across the room, showing both ends of the saw horse.
- Move the ladder to lean up against the right wall.
Workroom:
- Extend the counter and cabinets down the right side wall.
- Replace table and chairs with an island in the center of the room, with the backs of 2 stools (with low backs).
- Add a cabinet above the refrigerator.
- Along the back wall, reorder the placement of the upper cabinets and windows. (from left to right, starting next to the fridge)...Cabinet, large window (over the sink), cabinet.
- Make sure the stove edge lines up with the upper cabinets.
- Make the sink faucet more prominent.
- Add an appropriate piece of tall, thin furniture on the far left wall (Wine rack or pantry??)
Deck
Remove the chair on the far back side of the table.
Office
Simplify the desk by removing the molding on the desk panel behind the chair. This will enable us to see the chair better.
Bedroom
Make a thicker headboard and footboard - please let me know if there isn't an existing bed and if you have to make one, how much it will cost.
Laundry Room
- Remove the shelf.
- Add a laundry basket on the floor.
- Move the washer/dryer to the right, against the wall.
- Add a door going into the work room.
Roof
Add another solar panel.
Bathroom
Only one pedestal sink, with a bigger base and bowl. Move the sink back towards the shower. Add a door on the front of the left wall leading into the nursery.
