Dear Karen,
Thanks for the fast reply
You have captured my requirements almost perfectly except I want to first version of the house to be exactly as it is now. Then after I visualize it in 3D I want to send you some changes. Then you will make an improved version. Now I will answer your questions.
1) The first 'as is version' does not need to show much detail. It can be a plan grayscale model. Then after I add closets etc. I want the next and final version to show wall texture, flooring, wall colors, windows as glass ( if possible) electric plugs, light fixtures and sun light coming in the sky lights ( if possible). The first version can be rough ( but accurate) and gray.
2) In the revised version I want to include closets, doors, ceiling fans, kitchen appliances, couch, table and chairs beds, blankets toliets, sinks. Also I will want to put up a few new walls and open a door in a wall, open a section of the roof as a skylight and install a jacuzzi bath. I can somehow describe this later. It would be great if I can comment on the gray version. Can I write comments and send it back to you?
All your questions are helping me think this project through. At first I just knew I wanted it in 3D but did not think of all the details. My goal is to be able to visualize what this house will look like so that before I make changes I can make sure they are the right changes. For example, I don't want to knock open a door until I can visualize what it will look like. I think the hardest part will be communicating to you the exact the changes that I want to make.
I will send photos of the house (casa in Spanish) and a photo of the floor plan.
