Design Ideas Sent
Describing the changes in words to the the team in India was difficult for the customer, so visual methods were used. The most effective way to describe changes was the commentable PDF. The floor plan would be sent to the customer and he would draw arrows and make comments right on the floor plan. If this was not possible, a photo was sent showing a similar design. Above is a photo that was sent to show the closet/loft design.
