Designing Solar Shading Using SketchUp

The following are instructions sent to us by our customer:

Draw sun shades and the structure to support them - I  have attached a Sketchup drawing to give   you a rough idea what it should look like. These shades will rotate on an axis. In this way in the summer when it is hot the shades can be rotated flat to block the sun. In the winter when the warmth of the sun is needed the shades can be rotated to the vertica position to let the sun inl. The shades will be made of Aluminum.

 

 

 

This SketchUp drawing will help the customer plan the design of solar shades for his house. It also makes it much easier for him to communicate the concept to local workers.
