Thanks for writing to Chillibreeze. We are content and design services company and we operate with an experienced network of professionals with expertise in different fields. We can definitely help you with your requirements. As I understand it, you require:

1. A 3D model of a house made from hand drawn sketches
2. Interior elements of the house like closets added
3. A flash walkthrough of the same model of approximately 30 sec duration
4. Human figures also inserted for scale and perspective
5. A 2D version of the same model, as a photorealistic rendering with landscaping and environment

I hope we have understood your requirements. In order to gain a little more clarity, we also have a few points:

1. What is the level of detail required for the model? Do you require textures, colors, etc. or is it to be a plain grayscale model?
2. Besides closets, what other interior details/additions do you want included? We can insert a few interior elements like furniture etc., but if you require these to be to scale, you will have to send us the dimensions. If scale is not an issue, we can insert them as we feel fit. You will still need to specify, however, in which rooms you require closets etc. added.

To answer your questions, we would need both floor plans as well as photographs to execute your project as you have described it. Once you can send us a few more details, I will revert with an appropriate quote, and will let you know how long it will take us to complete all the phases of your project. For now though, our hourly rate for Sketchup related projects is USD $ 20 per hour.
