Kumar Sivan

Manager, SketchUp Division of Chillibreeze

Kumar is a Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of International experience mainly in the Automotive Industry. His career covers exposure to major global players like General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Chrysler Corporation, Delphi Automotive Systems, Satyam Computers and Siemens. A naturalized American citizen, Kumar has lived and worked in 5 countries on 3 continents. USA, UK, Germany, France & India. Extremely well traveled and keenly attuned to multiple cultures. Happily married to Cheryl Sivan (from Grand Rapids, Michigan) for 18 years, Kumar & Cheryl have made Bangalore, India their home for the past 7 years.

Joanna

Joanna and Ralph have been married for 20 years and some of their married life has been spent in India. Through her husband, Joanna has learned to be a risk taker. Life never stands still with Ralph – Her role in Chillibreeze is as diverse as our services. She’s involved in sales, brainstorming and feedback with CB staff, business development, QC, marketing, writing, finance and HR.

Ralph

Ralph’s roles in Chillibreeze are marketing and raising leaders. He starts his day by noting down vital priorities for the day. He’s an expert at making things happen and has good work habits that help him focus on what is important. During his free time, he likes to grow trees and hike on the hills around Shillong.

Sainbor

Sainbor Kharbithai has the hunger to learn as much as possible. He has over eight years of experience in graphic design, working both as a freelancer and for NGOs, newspapers and a regional magazine. His skills and experience in design were much appreciated by one of our American clients on a personal visit to our Shillong office. Sainbor has contributed manifold to the development of Chillibreeze's Design Team.

James

James holds a Master’s degree in Biological Science from North Eastern Hill University. With no training in design, his world as a former freelancer revolved around Photoshop. However in the short time he’s been in Chillibreeze, he’s learned typesetting, InDesign, and leadership. He’s also our in-house PowerPoint guy and enjoys creating PowerPoint presentations for a group of American consultants. He likes reading novels by Louis Lamour and Robin Cook, he loves Christian music and playing video games.

Banrie

Banrie is currently working as an order entry operator. Besides her daily work, she’s also learning Macromedia Contribute, a software which helps her update the contents of the Chillibreeze web site.

Nimai

Nimai is from Kakching, Manipur, with a degree in Commerce from the North Eastern Hill University. He was previously working as a local sculptor and 3D modeler. He would like to someday specialize in animation too. Along with Prem he makes up our four member 3D Art and Design team. He currently works on creating 3D models of human figures for clients all over the world. Working at Chillibreeze has helped him focus and face challenges in a positive way. He aspires to be the best in the business one day and get known worldwide.

Prem

Prem has participated in the prestigious Manipur State Kala Academy Exhibition where his work earned him the State Kala Academy Award, the Manipur Art Society Exhibition in Manipur, and the Art Exposition, in Manipur sponsored by the Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi. He was also part of the German Festival in India, held in Bhopal in 2001.

His work and achievements at such a young age have fostered in him the desire to be the best he can be. He has specialized in wood carving, wood inlay, clay modeling, painting, and drawing. Prem is presently with the 3D modeling and art division in Chillibreeze and works on organic models such as human figures, a skill he learnt from his experience as a sculptor. He hopes to have the opportunity to explore and hone his talent with us.
