What are the typical steps when starting a project with you?
- Step 1: Contact us with your Pilot Project or Sample Project
Why not check us out first with a pilot or sample project? This reduces the risk for both of us, and we also get to know each other. Just contact us through email or fill the form on this site and tell us briefly what you need. We will respond within 24 hours and begin the process of understanding your requirements. We prefer email because it helps to capture the details of your requirements.
- Step 2: Discussion
Once the project is clear to us and we agree on the cost, we are ready to move forward. We prefer a formal agreement in the form of a project brief as this enhances clarity and understanding.
- Step 3: Payment
You pay a 50% advance for the pilot project. You can pay via wire transfer or credit card. We email the instructions to you.
- Step 4: Project
We get started on your project and within a short time, we let you see our progress so that you can make corrections before we get too far. We keep you updated and informed of our progress at all times.
- Step 5:
Delivery
We deliver the completed project to you. We like to follow-up and get feedback from you - both positive and negative so that we know where we have met or fallen short of your expectations.
